3 Ingredient Chicken Cakes
We bought several cans of chicken. It is good to have on hand whether you are stocking up for quarantine or prepping. We try to find creative and tasty ways to use the canned chicken.
My husband, who likes to cook on occasion, came up with this recipe.
Just 3 ingredients:
- 1 can of 12.5 oz chicken
- 1 box of Stove Top Stuffing Mix
- 1 egg
Make the Stove Top Stuffing per directions on the box. Then mix the canned chicken and a little bit of broth from the can and the egg into the stuffing.
After it is mixed well, pat into cakes. We patted out palm sized cakes and ended up with 9 chicken cakes.
Put a little oil in your skillet to heat. Fry the chicken cakes until nicely browned on each side.
